Proper lubrication reduces friction between the running belt and deck, protects the motor, and extends the life of your treadmill.
1. Preparation
Use only 100% silicone treadmill lubricant
DO NOT use engine oil, vegetable oil, WD-40, or general-purpose lubricants
Unplug the treadmill before starting
2. When to Lubricate
The running belt feels dry underneath
The belt is stiff or hard to move by hand
Increased noise or heat from the belt area during use
3. Step-by-Step Lubrication
Clean the deck
Wipe dust and debris from the running deck and the bottom of the belt. Let it dry completely.
Apply lubricant

Lift one side of the running belt. Squeeze silicone oil along the center of the deck (about 10–15ml).
Repeat on the other side.
Note: Apply oil on the deck, not directly on the belt.
Spread the oil evenly
Plug in the treadmill, set speed to 2–3 km/h, and let it run idle for 3–5 minutes.
You may also gently step on the belt to help distribute the oil.
Finish
Turn off the machine and wipe away any excess oil to prevent slipping.
4. Lubrication Frequency
Light use (<3 hours/week): every 4–6 months
Regular use (3–5 hours/week): every 2–3 months
Frequent use (>5 hours/week): every 1 month
5. Important Warnings
Do not over-lubricate (causes slipping and oil splashing)
Do not lubricate while powered on
Keep oil away from the walking surface and motor compartment
