I. Installation

  1. Identify L (Left) and R (Right) marks clearly. Do not swap left and right fans if marked, to avoid squeezing wires and loose fixation.
  2. Check airflow direction. Comfort fans shall blow towards users, not motors or control boxes. Heat dissipation fans must follow the arrow marks; incorrect installation will cause poor heat dissipation.
  3. Route and fix all wires properly. Keep cables in wire grooves to prevent abrasion, pulling or electric leakage.
  4. Tighten all screws and clips completely. Ensure no shaking or abnormal noise during operation.
  5. Keep a safe gap between fan blades and housing to avoid jamming or friction.

II. Power-on Test

  1. Run the fan in no-load state first. Check for smooth rotation, no stuck issues or strange sounds.
  2. Power off immediately if there is shaking, abnormal noise, reverse rotation or failure to run, then recheck installation and wiring.
  3. Confirm no exposed wires or electric leakage.

III. Usage & Environment

  1. Never cover fan blades or air vents with towels, clothes or other items.
  2. Place the equipment in a well-ventilated area. Keep objects away from heat dissipation vents. Protect fans from moisture.
  3. Do not let the fan blow directly on your head or joints for a long time. Turn down or turn off the fan after heavy sweating to prevent catching cold.

IV. Daily Maintenance

  1. Cut off power before cleaning. Regularly remove dust from fan blades and vents. Dust will reduce airflow and increase load.
  2. Check fasteners and wires periodically, as vibration may loosen screws over time.
  3. Stop using the equipment right away if the fan runs slowly, makes noise or stops working. A faulty cooling fan may burn out motors and circuit boards.
  4. Replace with fans of the same specifications (size, voltage, power) when replacement is needed.

V. General Safety Rules

  1. Always cut off the main power before disassembly, assembly or maintenance. Never work with electricity live.
  2. Keep children away from running fans to avoid injuries.
